Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services is the transportation authority for the London District Catholic School Board and the Thames Valley District School Board. STS coordinates transportation for students who are eligible for transportation under policy. More information, including policies and procedures, are available at mybigyellowbus.ca.

Before you start the Transportation Application, make sure that:

Once you are certain the above terms and conditions have been met, complete the Application.

Note: Your student must already be registered at the school and the address information entered on this Bus Registration Form must match the school record. If the student is not registered at the school yet, start with the school, then submit the Bus Registration Form.

Student Information (exactly as registered at the school)

Note: Enter the Student ID Number, available from school office or school portal. (not OEN number) Leave blank if unknown. Contact the school office and record this number for your records as it is required to access the Transportation Parent Portal.

Student Primary Address (as registered at the school)

Note: Before completing this application, confirm that the Primary Address is eligible for transportation. Bus Registration Forms received for students who are not eligible for transportation will not be processed.
